Regeneration Plans Receive a Financial Pension Boost

No Comments »It was feared that regeneration would be looking grim and bleak for the north west however there has been a new boost ontop of local regeneration companies reducing loses. There has also been news of some companies such as us Run Services, who have also continued to grow through their regeneration projects.
However there has been a timely boost by the news that pension funds to the tune of £300m over 10 years. It is believed the investment will help spur economic growth in the north west following cut backs on a number of agencies due to the coalition government looking to cut costs.
Cutting should never jeapordise the future of the economy which is why people such as the greater manchester council have pledged £50m to regeneration. It is believed that pension funds being invested in regeneration will help save everything, including the value of the pension funds as regeneration does nothing but increase the value of any area or company involved.
