Run Services pride ourselves on high quality Urban Regeneration. Unlike some companies, we are also not shy in showing you our work. We would love to show all of our work however there is so much to choose from, here you will find a few case studies of our Regeneration work.
Abraham Moss Learning Centre, Crumpsall
RUN
Services carried out various refurbishment works throughout the school. These were carried out during the summer break to ensure the
continued operation of the school with minimal disruption. The project required the refurbishment of various toilet blocks, class rooms,
corridors and the canteen. This included the encapsulation of various areas of asbestos and numerous doors to be widened to comply
with DDA standards. Due to the nature of the work RUN Services had to work closely with various specialist M&E Contractors which
required a flexible working approach to ensure that the project was completed on time and to budget.
Architectural, Planning & Design Services
Some
companies cannot justify employing a full time designer. In these circumstances we can offer an economic solution by providing an ad
hoc drafting service. A recent example of this is a bespoke bicycle shelter to accommodate 80 bikes for a Building Schools for the
Future (BSF) project in Liverpool.
Playground Refurbishment, Ridge Hill, Stalybridge, Tameside
RUN
Services have gained extensive experience of undertaking refurbishment of schools in the North West. Our work in this field has also
extended to refurbishing school playgrounds. We can provide all aspects of the external play areas including wet pour safety surfacing,
railings fences and bespoke play areas. Its our aim to provide an enjoyable yet ultimately safe environment for all, If you require

Internal & External School Refurbishment, Ridge Hill, Stalybridge, Tameside
RUN
Services carried out various refurbishment works throughout the school. The works were carried out in a half-term break at the school
to ensure the continued operation of the school with minimal disruption. In order to meet the stringent time requirements of the school,
RUN Services flexible approach enabled us to carry out the project using double shifts during the half-term period and also after hours
and weekend works. This ensured the project was completed on time and within budget.
Barrington Street & Whiteley St Regeneration and Refurbishment
This is probably one of the larger projects which involved the refurbishment of over 116 houses including major facelifts, brickworks, windows and doors. For a full specification for the work please click the download button on the right.
Lime Street Station
Liverpool Lime Street Station is the major gateway into Liverpool and is known worldwide. In collaboration with Balfour Beatty, Run Services regenerated the old station and brought it into the future. This was part of the regeneration of the city centre of Liverpool for the Capital of Culture 2008, to see entire spec of our work hit the download button on the left.
Bluestone Road, Moston
Another large refurbishment based on Bluestone Road in Moston, Manchester. This included facial lifts and regeneration to a large number of houses. Similar to the work on Barrington and Whiteley Street including roofs, facias, gutters and brick cleaning. Wood Street, Warehouse Refurbishment
